This session our teams jumped into analysis - thinking in depth about their stakeholders, customers and competition. Why? Because to have long term impact, our teams must shape the ecosystem which is influencing their problem.
Through Stakeholder Analysis we identified those who will support (or block) our success and heard from Alberto Cremonesi (co-founder of Impact Hub Phnom Penh) on how to negotiate win-win partnerships. We used tools to frame the wider environment impacting our ventures and heard from Ces Rondario (co-founder of Impact Hub Manila) on how analysing their competitors helped them improve their business.
Finally we discovered the power of 'early adopters' - those awesome people who will love our idea first and influence others to love us too. We also helped the FPI team test their first prototype of soya milk and yoghurt - not a difficult task...yum!
