Marketing, Rapid Prototyping and Strategic Planning

Another busy session! We started by building our marketing mix and then looked in depth at the 3Ts of marketing - truth, trust and tribe - and how to communicate the essence of why our ventures exist, to truly inspire our customers.

Moving onto rapid prototyping we saw the importance of reducing the time and cost to learn quickly and saw this in action by prototype testing with other teams in just 1 hour. We welcomed Pagna Ukthaun, Chief Operating Officer at WaterSHED Ventures who showed us how they have prototyped and marketed to the BOP two life-changing innovations.

With so much to think about we gained clarify by looking at practical ways of strategic plans. First milestone, Demo Day on 14 January 2017!
