Design Thinking, Theory of Change and Process Mapping

Kicking off the workshops for our EPIC entrepreneurs. First stop, Design Thinking - looking at how and why human-centred design thinking is such a powerful tool to empathise with our customers and how learning through doing is a great way to get rapid insights. Next, we developed our Theory of Change to ensure that every step of our ventures would be lead to our intended impact. And finally we looked at mapping our processes, in order to bring value to our customer in every step, increasing our competitive advantage, reducing inefficiencies and creating innovative processes for great impact.

And if this wasn't all, we also welcomed Anna Chrastinova, Innovation and Community Development Manager for UNICEF Cambodia to hear about how impactful solutions are being created in the real world. A super busy session, but already our entrepreneurs are creating solid bases for their businesses!
