In this session our entrepreneurs looked further into their product-solution fit by profiling their customer's jobs, pain and gains and then considering how the features and experience of their product/service would meet these drivers.
Moving onto their business models, they looked for inspiration on how to structure their customer relationships and channels from other examples. The Mekong Farms and My Dream Home teams demonstrated their prototypes and received valuable feedback from their EPIC family. Through testing their assumptions in the market the teams are moving onto building a powerful product-market fit. We also welcomed speakers from Lucky Iron Fish and Friends International to hear more about their awesome models for impact. A busy but great session!
